- Waivers: Everyone entering the park must have a completed waiver — every jumper, every visit. Complete it online before arriving at https://bookings.clubspeed.com/xtrm/xclarksville/registration. For parties, every participant needs a completed waiver (using the Party ID) before the party starts.
- Grip socks: Required for all jumpers; available for purchase at the park.
- Food: No outside food or drinks allowed, except birthday cake and ice cream with a booked Birthday Party Package. A full-service concession stand is available on site.
- Clothing: Comfortable athletic wear recommended; avoid sharp jewelry, belts, or anything that could get caught.
